LOW CARB protein bars recipe


Ingredients:

·         4 scoops (120g) vanilla protein powder
·         1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant)
·         1 tbsp. peanut butter
·         3 tbsp. oat flour

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients using your hands.
Then, form the batter into bars. Make 4 pieces. 

Those bars would be sticky, so we need to finish them with some outer layer. You can use grated coconut or protein powder. 

Roll each bar in the protein powder (or coconut) and put them in the fridge. Store the bars in airtight container.

Nutritional values per one bar: fat: 4.7g, protein: 25g, carbs: 7g, fiber: 2g, Kj/Kcal: 746/176
