Ingredients:
2 tlbsp fine oats2 tlbsp milk
1 tlbsp almond butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp brown sugar ( or your favourite sweetener)
cinnamon
Directions:
1. In the coffee mug - mix together dry ingredients: oats, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar and coffee2. Add milk, egg and almond butter and mix well using fork.
3. Put into microwave for 2 minutes on the highest power.
4. Let cool for a while and enjoy your morning. You can also put some cinnamon on the top.
